Our Gantry Robot consists of three parts as follows.

The first part is rotary type Stock Bin/silo with 16 positions. The technician can put 500KG workblank into it at one time. It meets the machining requirement for 4 hours. And then, he just take them out after workpiece finished.

The second part is our automatic gantry robot. It is fitted with Germany Schunk's pneumatic grippers, Taiwan AirTAC's air cylinders, HIWIN's guiderails, Taiwan KH's gearwheels and racks.There are accurate positioning and excellent performance.

It links stock bins and CNC machines tools to load and unload workpiece accurately.

The third part is Cnc Machine Tools. To match with high quality CNC Machine Tools, it realizes the automatic production. There no other requirements of technician except they are able to press the start key. The whole movements are controlled by gantry robot and no need of human's participation. In this case, one person can operate 5 to 10 sets of gantry robots. Which enhance productivity so much, reduce the production cost and improve our product competitiveness.
